Dave Redelfs - Director of Operations
Dave comes from an extensive background in operations at the Luis Palau Association and product management at Intel. Dave was the team manager on the charter trip to Eldoret, Kenya in 2002, where the vision for Open Arms International was born. Now, seven years later, Dave is excited to be joining the team as the full-time Director of Operations. daver@openarmsinternational.com
Kim Krebs - Director of Development
Kim joined Open Arms in March 2009. She is a native Oregonian and a 2002 graduate of Azusa Pacific University. Her professional background is in government and fundraising, and she spent more than four years in Washington, DC working in various capacities, including Congressman Greg Walden's office and the White House. Prior to joining Open Arms International, Kim served as Finance Director for Senator Gordon Smith's re-election campaign. She has always had a passion for missions and development and is excited to be a part of the team! kim@openarmsinternational.com
Camille Cotton - Communications Manager
Camille joined Open Arms in December 2007. She graduated from Linfield College in 2006 with a degree in Mass Communications and worked as an event planner before being hired at Open Arms International. She has had a heart for missions since her first outreach in 2007 and went on her first mission to Kenya in July 2008. camille@openarmsinternational.com
Nancy Winn - Accountant
Nancy became part of the team in September 2008. She brings knowledge from directing the financial and operations functions of a non-profit ministry, as well as private-sector business experience, to OAI, in service to our Lord. Nancy is committed to maintaining strict financial accountability required by ECFA and our faithful donors. She lives in Newberg with her husband of 25 years, Chris. nancy@openarmsinternational.com
Supporting Cast

Brian Bittke- Partnership Development Director
Brian Bittke has been involved in Open Arms International for four years and has served on the board for three. He comes from a professional background in the food industry. His home church is Willamette Christian, where he has fellowshipped for ten years. Brian and his wife Cathy have four children, ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Dr. Matt Tallman - Volunteer and Pastoral Coordinator
Matt joined OAI as a self-supported staff member in June 2008. He earned his PhD in Church History at Regent University in Virginia Beach, and previously taught as an adjunct faculty member at Christopher Newport University and as a faculty chair at Bethel College in Hampton, Virginia. He has worked as a college and career pastor in Portland, and a campus pastor/university chaplain at the University of Oregon, the College of William and Mary, and Old Dominion University. Matt is married to Cheryl, and they currently reside in Portland as they prepare to move to Eldoret, Kenya. matt@openarmsinternational.com

Kaytie Fiedler - India Team Leader and Banquet Coordinator
Kaytie came from the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, where she was the acting vice president of development. Kaytie's family has a long history of working with the people of India, and Kaytie has felt the call of missions on her heart for many years. Kaytie and her husband, Lance, have been married for 22 years and have two grown children. Kaytie leads our outreach teams to India and plans our annual fundraising banquet.

James Andrew - Pastoral Outreach
James served in pastoral ministry beginning in 1977. He was part of the start up team of pastors of New Song Church, an inner city, multicultural church. James served several years as a marriage and family counselor and led the counseling team at New Song. He has been senior pastor of three churches, including a two-year assignment in Mexico, and retired from congregational pastoring in 2003. He is currently working as an architectural designer. 
Tim Henley- Pastoral Outreach
Tim has been in public ministry since the mid-’60s, and has been a senior pastor of many small and large churches alike. He has organized and implemented scores of national and international conferences, youth camps, and family seminars. He has a fiery passion for preaching/teaching and a deep abiding love for the hundreds of pastors in Southeastern India and the African nations served by Open Arms International.
